Blessed Sacrament Catholic School is an Early Childhood to 8th grade co-educational Catholic School. We offer preschool programs, both full- and half-day, for ages 2 to 4, and full-day programs for Kindergarten through 8th grade. We have been investing in the future of our children and our Catholic faith since 1922. Blessed Sacrament is an open and welcoming environment for all faiths and cultures.
As a Catholic school within the Archdiocese of Denver, Blessed Sacrament is devoted to the teachings of the Catholic faith and to providing a challenging academic curriculum balanced with creative and social aspects of educating young children and early teens. The small intimate environment encourages the development of community. The commitment, training, and experience of our faculty members is second to none. Blessed Sacrament Catholic School is a place parents, students, teachers, and parishioners work together to create a community that nurtures and enhances the social, educational, and spiritual needs of its members.
Blessed Sacrament Catholic School is accredited by the North Central Association with a current enrollment of approximately 350 students. Our students take the Iowa Test of Basic Skills annually as part of our standardized testing program and on average demonstrate proficiency two grades above grade level. Technology integration is an important part of the educational experience here: Computer classes begin in first grade and electronic Smart Boards can be found in numerous classrooms. Specials classes, such as Spanish, Music, Art, and P.E. begin in our Early Childhood programs and continue throughout Middle School. Our 4-year old PreK program is Qualistar rated, and we are a participant in the Denver Preschool Program. Graduates of Blessed Sacrament are accepted and well-prepared to attend Denver's most challenging high school programs.
